What's included

Support that starts before labor and stays after

Birth support is more than the day itself. It's preparation, presence, and a safe place to land once it's over.

  • Two prenatal visits

We talk through your preferences, fears, and hopes, then build a birth plan that fits your family, provider, and birth location.

  • On call from 37 weeks

When you call, I come. Day or night, I'll be ready to meet you at home, the hospital, or your birth center.

  • Continuous labor support

Hands-on comfort, position suggestions, breathing cues, and a calm voice reminding you that you already know more than you think.

  • Comfort measures & advocacy

Massage, counter pressure, heat, movement, and clear communication with your care team so your voice stays central.

  • Partner support

I never replace your person; I equip them with ways to help, breaks to take, and confidence to stay present.

  • One postpartum visit

After the birth, we sit down to process the experience, answer questions, and make sure you're leaving with resources.

How it works

Three steps to supported birth

  1. 01

    Book a free consult

We meet in person or on video to talk about your birth vision, your provider, and any worries you're carrying.

  2. 02

    Build your birth preferences

Together we create a flexible, realistic plan that honors your choices and prepares you for curveballs.

  3. 03

    Call when labor begins

I'm on call from 37 weeks. I join you when you need me, stay through the birth, and follow up once you're home.
